At L'AND we seek to reinterpret the identity of the Portuguese cuisine, by highlighting season ingredients of regional origin – which are, in general, the produce of an organic and biodynamic agriculture.
Since Portuguese cuisine is also the outcome of the encounters of our culture with the cultures of the Far East – such as India, Thailand, China and Japan – part of our menu - East L'AND – is dedicated to this journey.
For each dish or menu, we suggest an appropriate wine or drink so that your experience may be as complete as possible.
At the end of the menu you may find a list of all the producers and the characteristics of the products in the menu.
